Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order you recently placed with us, please do so as soon as possible by emailing Support@myevostore.com with your order number.
- Customers have the option to cancel requests free of penalty before fulfilment and delivery begins.
- Once an order enters the shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled.
- For cancelled orders that have not yet shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Refunds for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you believe the product you received is defective, you may return it to us for a full inspection and refund within 7 days of receiving. Please send the shoes back to our U.S. return facility at the following address:

Please note that customers are responsible for creating and paying for their own return shipping label. You may use any courier of your choice, as long as it provides a valid tracking number.
Once the package has been shipped, please email us a copy of the postal receipt, along with the tracking number, so we can verify the return. After we receive this confirmation, your refund will be processed within 3–4 business days, and a confirmation will be sent to you.
Important Note:
This return option applies only to:
• Products that are genuinely defective and for which clear photos have already been provided and reviewed by our team.
• Orders where we mistakenly shipped a size different from the one you originally ordered.
Items that were shipped in the correct size as per your order but do not fit are not eligible for return or refund, as sizing preference varies by customer and is not considered a manufacturing or fulfillment error.

Refund Processing Time
Once we have approved a return and received the item back in the required condition, refunds in the form of store credit are typically processed within 3-5 business days. We will send you an email notification when store credit has been added to your account.
Store Credit Refunds
For your convenience, all eligible refunds are provided in the form of Novo Sabers store credit rather than refunds to your original payment method.
